Norbert is acting like he plans to release a new sumo soon. All the
prerelease packages will be promoted at that time, so there is no
stability downside that we know about.
IIRC, the package lists are *not* merged. If so, I think the best
procedure is start by updating from the released package list to get
anything promoted to released status since the last sumo, then switch
to prerelease to get the most recent packages.
In most cases, there is very little downside to using the prereleased
packages.
