Else it would be

Are you using texinfmt to build info?
I cannot reporduce neither with
texinfo-4.0\makeinfo\makeinfo.exe
nor with texinfo-format-buffer of
(package-get-package-provider 'texinfmt)
(texinfo "1.20")
So what are you using to report these warnings?
