Sorry about my shorthand. What I should've said was that whenever I change the
home directory inside of Windows, kill off all the right processes, restart etc.
xemacs shows the system 32 path plus the definition of the home environment
variable as its definition of home.
Just for comparison, I'm going to try the cygwin version. see a much time I can
waste there. :-)
