makes it pretty low priority as you're using highly experimental code
(KKCC) with no possibility of debugging it.
Try rebuilding with the most recent code (which includes, I believe, a
lot of work on KKCC), with debugging and error-checking on, and don't
forget to run "make check" before submitting your build report.
Also, on weird bug reports or bizarre failed builds of 21.5 on Windows
(check xemacs-beta and xemacs-nt for previous similar reports), cc:
ben(a)xemacs.org. Ben (Wing) is the primary Windows developer, but due
to physical handicaps often gets way behind on reading list mail. If
you CC him, it doesn't guarantee an answer (typing is literally
painful for him), but it does ensure that he'll see it fairly quickly.
