Don't blame Fred...at least he found OUR problem.
Hey! Who's blaming anyone? I just noted that his observation doesn't
satisfy me as the final solution to our problem. If we are forced to
use __exception instead of __exception, it's very likely that
something else is faulty. I still maintain my order of culprits.
Also, you still haven't exhausted other solutions proposed by me, such
as undefining HAVE_MATHERR in config.h.
Judging by `math.h' you mailed, it does appear that they use
__exception instead of exception. Maybe this exception stuff is not
supposed to be used, anyway. It is not used when __cplusplus is
defined, for instance.
