When I attempt to open the HelloUniverse.java provided in the Java3D SDK, I find that XEmacs goes into what seems to be an infinite loop. There is a progress meter displayed which stays at 50%. In the echo area the following message is displayed "Setting JDE variable to startup values" C-g seems to break the loop. After breaking the loop, the syntax highlighting is incorrect.
