 Dimitri had exactly the same problems! Is there some bug in the NT
 make files so that dependencies do get tracked properly? 
Ok, so how do you people generally create a new xemacs on NT after
you've downloaded the latest sources? I normally make a distclean
beforehand to ensure a clean build. Therefore, in my case it would be
the best way simply to byte-compile all el-files and don't fiddle
around with any dependencies. Hm, this takes a long time, though.
