`regexp-opt' has an autoload cookie:
I have to note that I did a pdump[1] build from earlier today, about
eight hours or so, and regexp-opt didn't autoload for me either...
Hrm. The 'regexp-opt.el' file has the cookie in the right place, but
auto-autoloads in xemacs-base doesn't show it. Which would explain the
problem.
