We're actually aware of the issue, we just have to work through a few
issues to get this fixed.

For now a better link would be

http://lists.xemacs.org/pipermail/LIST_NAME

which are the archive links advertized in the table starting with
http://www.xemacs.org/Lists/index.html#comp-emacs-xemacs
