Here's the contents of the README file: December 14, 2005 This directory holds a Windows-native XEmacs setup kit for XEmacs 21.4.18. Please download the most recent installation kit and try it out. Report your findings to xemacs-beta(a)xemacs.org. This setup kit includes a minimal set of packages: c-support, cc-mode, debug, dired, edit-utils, efs, fsf-compat, general-docs, mail-lib, net-utils, os-utils, pc, prog-modes, sounds-wav, text-modes, time, xemacs-base and xemacs-devel. The md5sums of the files in this directory can be found in the file MD5SUMS.
