Earlier today I complained to the two mailing lists that sending a
URL to a running Netscape was failing with an error message from
Netscape.
Vivek Khera <khera(a)kciLink.com> was quick to point out that most
probably the reason was that the URL contained commas. I have it
and he was right on the money.
So now I file a new bug: when using browse-url to send a URL to a
running Netscape, all commas (and possibly other special chars)
should be replaced (I think) with the ugly %XX contruct, where XX is
the hex representation of the special character.
