Is there a way to install for Linux xemacs version 21.4.20 on a

and each Linux machine on the local network can use it?
Yes. XEmacs does not care whether it is started from a local drive or
a network share. The workstations must be configured to look for
XEmacs on the network share. Depending on the installation, XEmacs
may need to be configured to look for its modules and data files on
the network share, although the default installation should just work.
Such configuration is not an XEmacs issue; it is something you'll have
to ask your local sysadmin about.
