When compiling Xemacs with GTK support, Xemacs crashing when it tries to display a frame that was created by the balloon-help lib. I created some other lisp code myself that displays a browser frame (using some of the balloon-help code to create/show the frame), and that crashes as well. What's typical for the balloon-help frame is that almost every widget (scrollbars, modeline, message area, toolbar, menubar, etc) has been surpressed. Producing the error is very simple. Build an xemacs with-gtk support, start it and enable balloon-help-mode. Now hover with the mouse over a toolbar button, wait half a second and there it is.
