bzip support in crypt

crypt++ is maintained by Karl Berry <kb(a)cs.umb.edu&gt;.  Off the top 
of my head I can't think of any reason our version would be
different, except perhaps for MULE backs.  I'm using that version 
of crypt ather than the packaged one and it works fine for me.
