I've been knocking up some C support for balloon help under mswindows and have suddenly realised that I can find no place where the code in balloon-x.c is called. Can anyone enlighten me? Or is this just dead code that never got finished? I can't find any reference to it from Kyle's balloon-help.el or any other lisp file.
