Nope. Basically, we don't write gifs, so we're hoping to avoid
problems that way. And ungif is of very questionable help anyways,
because the 99.99999% of the gifs in the world ARE already LZW
compressed, and we have to deal with them. If decompressing them is
illegal for my libs or routines, it's illegal for anyone who doesn't
hold a license.
