Since you're the maintainer of that mode, yes. (You also need commit
access; nothing should have changed but if you have problems write to
cvs-manager(a)xemacs.org, which is the list of people who have the power
to do something about it.) The only thing you need to be careful
about is that in the Makefile there is an AUTHOR_VERSION and a
VERSION. You can update AUTHOR_VERSION in any way you like, but
VERSION is Norbert's property, and you'll need to coordinate which him
if you want it to appear in some special way (eg, be equal to
AUTHOR_VERSION).
Norbert will get the commit notice and roll the new package, send out
release notices, etc.
