When I install a package via the package-ui interface, the package is listed as "not installed" in the package listing. If I launch a new XEmacs the newly installed package appears correctly. This seems to be due to the fact that the package loading functions do not update the `packages-package-list' variable while the package removal functions probably do. I can not claim this is really a bug because my current installation is not very clean and I probably need to reinstall all the package stuff from scratch but before I do so, has anybody noticed the same problem ? (sorry if I missed sg on the list, I am back from a 2 weeks vacation) Oscar
