Hello, I'm writing a program for the msp430 microcontroller. I would like to use local variables to tell xemacs that I want to use msp430-gdb for debugging, so I wrote this in my local variables: // Local Variables: // gdb-command-name: msp430-gdb // End: When I load such a file, the variable is set ok. But when i start M-x gdb, the usual x86 gdb is started... What am I doing wrong ? Do you have other ideas for this problem ?
