        Hi Uwe,

have rewritten commented footnotes again, in order to make
its behaviour congruent to footnote.el
I.e. just go to the place where a fn should be inserted, then call the
command.
You will easily advice or change this to your needs if necessary.

It works now with tex and other languages.
