I don't think it's my fault...
find-file-compare-truenames is just a variable, and my patch only
gives it a new default value on windows. I don't see any of the
functions I've changed in the backtrace.
However, I don't have access to a Linux machine right now, so I'll
have a hard time testing this myself.
I'll try to look into this further tonight.
