Please write in English, because the XEmacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.
In XEmacs 21.0 "Pyrenean63" [Lucid] (i686-pc-cygwin32) of Mon Feb 15 1999 on
smithers
configured using `configure --error-checking=none'
Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Does this work for you with the native windows GUI? If not do you have
GNU_SECURE set, do you have /etc/hosts with your pc in it, do you have your
machine in the file that GNU_SECURE points to?

I get exactly the same error, since compiling Xemacs 21.0-b43, in that
time with cygnus B19, and now 21.0b60 with cygnus B20.1

Sorry, my analysis in our previous discussions on this was incorrect.
GNU_SECURE should point to a file rather than being the name of a machine.
The machine should be in the file. setting GNU_SECURE to /etc/hosts should
achieve this.

Where did you get this information from about GNU_SECURE ?????
Looking at the source code. I had a distant memory of doing something like
this when the code got changed many years ago.
