================================================================ Dear Bug Team! I have an odd problem--it appears that my region can get too large, and when it does xemacs freezes up and doesn't allow me to do anything other than ^-g which gets me out (but makes the region go away). For example, read large file into buffer, ^-< ^-＠ ^-> (region gets highlighted) M-x and I get nothing (specifically, no 'M-x' prompt in the command line). I can do ^-g (bell sounds, region becomes de-highlighted). Then if I do ^-< ^-＠ ^-u ^-u ^-n, (16 line region is highlighted) M-x (I get M-x prompt in the command line) I can do stuff (eval-e ret (setq fuu "bar") etc) Since I can't do anything when region is too big, it is hard for me to figure out what I can do to debug problem. Anyone ever heard of something like this? Any hints on how to debug?
