I've found some recent threads about gnutls on woe32. Have not
investigated that further.
However, I did get around to building the exact same xemacs and
packages on linux. I don't appear to have the delete-process issue
there. Could be because that machine is slower (2.2 GHz Core2) than
my Mac (3 GHz i3).
I do still get the gnutls-cli error about a bad packet length, but
that doesn't bother gnus; it thinks the mail was successfully sent and
it is because I've received it.
