sgml-mode-hook is defcustom'ed in psgml.el. psgml-html.el is probably

Oops, my mistake. The sgml-mode-hook is also run by sgml-mode in
psgml.el. So here's a patch against psgml-html.el. Note, however, that
there is no run-hooks for html-mode-hook in the psgml package. There is
one in sgml/sgml-mode.el, which seems odd to me, but maybe that's just
me.
