Would it make any sense at all to not call the file PROBLEMS but
PROBLEMS.<your_os> or even README.<your_os>, and advertise it in
the splash buffer/startup.el and the Help menu/menubar-items.el? I
remember seeing intimidated users that only knew KDE. Yes, I know
they should be using the RPMs.
