Dear Bug Team!

When I have lazy-lock enabled, this error invariably occurs after a
while, provided I have at least one fontified buffer open. Disabling
lazy-lock removes the error entirely. As it's lazy-lock generating the
error, I obviously wasn't doing anything at the time.

I also get an arithmetic error in lazy-lock-percent-fontified from
time to time, although more rarely than this one. The backtrace from
the arith error only shows the functions calling
lazy-lock-percent-fontified.
