Greetings,
Attached is a message from a couple of weeks ago, where I describe how
'make install' fails under Cygwin with the current 21.5 CVS. (I just
updated xemacs from CVS again today and confirmed that it's still a
problem.)
Referring to the proposed patch of lib-src/Makefile.in.in (included in
the attached message), I'm not sure whether installexe.sh should be
listed under GEN_SCRIPTS or PKG_SCRIPTS, but either choice will fix
the problem.
FYI, this was up-to-date Cygwin on NT4, using:
configure --prefix=/usr/local/xemacs-21.5-cvs
make
make install
Is there anything I can do to get this patch in? If someone can tell
me whether to use GEN_SCRIPTS or PKG_SCRIPTS (or something else), I
will send it to xemacs-patches.
Thanks for your help.
