prog-modes package includes cl-indent.el.
Slime does not appear to be available as an XEmacs package yet?

distribution. Has SLIME taken it upon itself to improve upon the
"standard" version of "common-lisp-indent-function" sometime after
releasing 1.0? I'd go digging around in CVS but I'm hidden behind a
firewall that doesn't want to play with pserver.
