obsolete packages and shadows

        I have regularly updated my packages.  I noticed that I had quite a
few shadows.

Looking at the current package list vs. my xemacs-packages/lisp dir
revealed a couple of packages that are no longer in the current list.

Specifically, it seems that "flim" and "semi" are not there anymore.

Were these obsoleted?  If so, are we missing a mechanism to move the
directories out of the way?
