I don't know if Motif is (yet) included in any linux distributions.

Documentation doesn't seem to be available online. If your version is
old I suspect that you want newer documentation, Motif 2.x is a bit
different from 1.x, at least it's not trivial to port non-working
non-compiling old programs to Motif 2.x without docs.. which is about
the only thing I know about Motif.
