Having just found out the various font lock methods, I discovered that
lazy-lock can be convinced to not defer the fontification of lines
subsequent to any changes. I even got it to work for a short period of
time before my .xemacs and custom.el files conspired against me. But,
according to the docs, lazy-lock is not as good as lazy-shot (slower than
doing it all in one go, etc). Alas, lazy-shot can't seem to be convinced
to fontify subsequent lines until they are actually changed.
Is there a way to get lazy-shot to behave this way?
