At the bottom of the page we indicate that cygwin is a good thing, but I don't think we tell people that they can install XEmacs through the cygwin setup kit. It's a lot

better than using the netinstaller, because the version is now 21.4.18 instead of 21.4.13. Just a thought. Regards, Vin
