Beyond that, the Carbon support for displaying non-ASCII characters is really good, much better than any other platform we support. And cut-and-paste with other OS X apps works consistently, whereas it is unreliably inconsistent with the X11 build. Also, it should be possible to implement drag and drop interoperability with native OS X apps, something important for Mac users.
