I've created a darcs mirror (created via tailor) of the XEmacs repo at: http://www.deinprogramm.de/sperber/xemacs-darcs Grab a copy via darcs get http://www.deinprogramm.de/sperber/xemacs-darcs (Please don't do this gratuitously. It's a lot of stuff, and I pay for my own bandwidth.)
