But Kyle's suggestion to "allow posts only from subscribers" sounds
like a very good one, doesn't it?
No, not at all. Some of the discussions Hrvoje is referring to were
initiated by post from non-subscribers to xemacs-beta.
Personally I can live with the spam on the xemacs lists, I think Jason
is doing a good job filtering most of it. I complained to the
laser-toner advertiser's ISP a couple of times when they spammed the
XEmacs BTS but never heard back. Maybe Jason can tighten the filter
ï¼ xemacs.org another notch, but if that's not possible than we should
be able to live with that. You can always use procmail or gnus or
whatever to get rid of the spam that's left.
