 Actually, that's not true.  If you haven't done a `cvs update', a
 `cvs diff' isn't going to reveal changes that others have committed. 
I don't know about that, but I've now done a `cvs update', and I still
don't get the errors.

I have no idea what I'm doing differently.  Maybe Olivier will have a
clue.
