I think some of the Options menu contents (most of the

more consistent with what a View menu is like nowadays.
Would there be any objections ?
Well, to my mind almost everything in Options->Display is "set and
forget", I think they'd be clutter in a top-level View menu. The
things in View currently, on the other hand, are functions I use
repeatedly every day (although I use them from the keyboard).
Please think carefully about whether people would actually use them
frequently enough to justify placement in a top-level menu.
On the other hand, placing them in View->Options almost makes sense,
but does it make more sense than renaming Options->Display to
Options->View (or Options->Display/View)?
IMHO YMMV -- WDYT?
