I know XEmacs, and in particular, the XEmacs packaging system. I also
have a SourceForge A/C (user "youngs"). But you can pry my Gnus from
my cold dead hands. :-P If you're happy with that, I'll be happy to
help you out.
Hey Steve, I'm the mh-e lead and just got back from vacation. Ville
was looking for someone like you. Thanks for volunteering!
I'll add you as a developer as soon as you send in the FSF copyright
papers. In the meantime, you can check out the code (literally and
figuratively) and send comments to mh-e-devel(a)lists.sourceforge.net.
Please familiarize yourself with our home page (
mh-e.sourceforge.net).
In particular, please read the MH-E Developers Guide. The
instructions for getting the FSF assignment of copyright is at
http://mh-e.sourceforge.net/doc/devguide.html#SEC3
Once mh-e works for you, we can release mh-e 6.2 and you can
incorporate it into XEmacs and I'll incorporate it into Emacs.
Thanks very much!
