Lack of time is one thing, but "inclination" is another. This is
pretty important. If we don't fix this, how can we say we support
Windows?
The netinstaller that cygwin uses has gotten a lot better in my
experience. Among other things, it seems to support package
dependencies.
Alternatively, I would welcome XEmacs being added to the cygwin
distribution itself. Perhaps the basic package could have efs and
xemacs-base packaged with it so people who prefer to use the pui can
use it immediately.
