Well, the GPL may require this, if InstallShield is used. The
problem is the phrase, "modified work as a whole". Now, if
InstallShield is used, does the "modified work as a whole" encompass the
InstallShield files/binaries? If so, then proprietary installation
programs like InstallShield cannot be used.
