CC-Mode 5.27 test package

I'm currently uploading a test package of CC-Mode 5.27.  The package
is available from ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/incoming

The package is:
 248700 Jul 10 12:28 cc-mode-1.18-pkg.tar.gz

I haven't tested the package myself and therefore upload it to the
incoming dir.

Please report any problems and successes,
