I was under the impression that Adrian had a commit trigger set up to
automatically update these files.
Maybe I'm wrong. Adrian?

FYI, this link has not been updated, and is not serving the latest
netinstaller (and I have verified that this is *NOT* a caching proxy
issue). The md5sum of this (old) version is:
e0b951f231c921679ba6271b83688011 setup.exe
whereas the md5sum of the correct, 1.2.2.11.2.10, version downloaded via
ftp is:
b054f0104b04e56047b292e60288f36d xemacs-pc/setup.exe
We really need to check these things before making the announcement.
