XEmacs Services Problem

        For information.

I recently installed cygwin and then xemacs on a windows xp operating system
using the setup.exe programs. I found that xemacs failed because it
couldn't find cygtiff3.dll. I copied cygtiff_5.dll to cygtiff3.dll and all works
fine.

I've no idea if this is due to some error of mine or not and it doesn't worry me
but it seemed worth mentioning - just in case it's useful.
