You now can get the release candidate with cvs -d:pserver:cvs＠sunsite.dk:/pack/xemacscvs update -r r21-4-6rc1 (or equivalent), or by FTP in the usual tarballs or patchkit against r21-4-5 in ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/ If you get unusual problems with the build or the binary on source updated from CVS, you might want to try re-updating before complaining to the list. Andy confirms that he will have the custom stuff in his next release for Windows, coming soon. I still encourage Windows users to test drive the custom stuff as soon as possible, of course. :-) My guess is that the problem is U of Tsukuba network issues.
