With A4 paper, the margins in the index are wrong (there's too much
wasted space, which wastes a lot of paper (tens of pages) if you also
try to use permuted indices). You'll want to cut-and-paste the XEmacs
texinfo.tex index handling code into pdftexinfo.tex.
