load-average returns the average load values multiplied by 100. I assume this is the result of the historical Emacs implementation, before floating point numbers were implemented. It looks kind of dirty now, at least to me. I wonder if there is a good way to fix it. Changing `load-average' doesn't sound like a good idea, because it would introduce "silent" incompatibility.
