Changes since 21.4.18: - The default installation directory is now C:\Program Files\XEmacs. - The packages are now found automatically under the installed package tree. The EMACSPACKAGEPATH registry entry is no longer necessary. - If you previously installed one of the XEmacs 21.4.18 setup kits, please uninstall that kit before installing this kit. If you do not uninstall 21.4.18, please go into the Windows registry and remove this key: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\XEmacs\XEmacs\EMACSPACKAGEPATH. - All updates available in the 21.4.19 release are available in this setup kit.
