XEmacs is as useless as efs. Having to install w3 and gnus is less than
useless. Maybe I'm misunderstanding...
I think he just meant that if we upgrade to new URL stuff (which could
be in the core) we have to upgrade the w3 and Gnus package at the same
time because of all the interdependencies. That's no so big a problem (at
least not technically)
