I had to look in the _pkg.el file to find out this, all commands under Options|Manage Packages seem to crash now. "List and install" give the backtrace below, "Update installed packages" is similar. The only packages I've manually installed is xemacs-base-1.39 and efs-1.19. I installed all packages (except "lookup" and "ssk" since XEmacs without mule signal errors on startup when they are installed) via ftp.sunet.se some week ago, so they should be reasonable uptodate.
